Equipment Rentals

The rental shop will open Again for 2026-2027 season.

Rental Shop Opening Hours:

Monday - Friday: 10 am - 2 pm Saturday - Sunday: 9 am - 4 pm

Classic Ski Rates

Adult $28/day

Youth $11.20/day

Children under 5 $5/day
Includes 12% GST/PST taxes.

Fish scale classic cross-country skis, boots, and poles.

Rental fee does not include ski trail fee.

Skate Ski Rates

Adult $33.60/day

Youth $11.20/day

Children under 5 n/a
Includes 12% GST/PST taxes.

Skate cross-country skis, boots and poles.

Adult $19.50/day

Snowshoes attach to regular winter boots. Poles included.

Rental fee does not include trail fee.

Note: Rentals are for use at Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre only and must be returned before closing.

Payment

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Interac, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

We prefer cash or debit (Interac) to save the club fees associated with credit cards.

Seasonal Rentals (Adults, Youth, Children)

Dawn Mountain Rentals offers seasonal equipment for adults, youth (6–18), and children (3–5). Rentals include classic ski equipment, skate ski equipment, and snowshoes for adults and youth. Equipment is to be used at Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre and stored at the Chalet when not in use.

Seasonal rentals require club membership. Come by the Chalet during opening hours to be sized and pay your fee.

  • Adult: $200 + 12% GST/PST

  • Youth: $100 + 12% GST/PST

  • Children (3–5): $60 + 12% GST/PST
