Dawn Mountain Chalet Rentals

Dawn Mountain Chalet is the headquarters of the Golden Nordic Ski Club. It is located at the Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre, 1 km past the base of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. The main and lower levels of the facility is available for private functions.

Main Level: common area set up with tables, chairs, couches, and a small kitchenette. Kitchenette includes sink, microwave, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, crock pot, and cleaning supplies. Dawn Mountain Rentals operates from the main level as well.

Lower Level: washrooms, change room.

Chalet REntal fees

  • $200 plus GST = $210 for rentals from 6:00 pm - 10 pm. Your group will have exclusive access to the Chalet.

  • $100 plus GST = $105 for rentals from 10 am - 6 pm. You will share the Chalet with the general public.

  • $75 plus GST = $78.75 for not-for-profit organizations.

OFF-SEASON rentals and RATES

During the off-season, the club’s operations are limited. However, you can always make an inquiry to info@goldennordicclub.ca and see if any volunteers/staff is available to accommodate your group. Rates are as follows during the off-season:

  • $25/hr plus GST for basement & bathrooms use only.

  • $100 plus GST for full Chalet rental (up to 4 hours).

  • $200 plus GST for full Chalet rental (for 4+ hours up to 10 pm).

  • Half-price plus GST for not-for-profit organizations.

ski or snowshoe Equipment rental fees

If you plan on using the Dawn Mountain ski/snowshoe trails, add trail pass and rental fees to your Dawn Mountain Chalet booking.
