Dawn Mountain Chalet Rentals

Dawn Mountain Chalet, the headquarters of the Golden Nordic Ski Club, is available for private functions. It is located 1 km past the base of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.

Spaces Available:

  • Main Level: Common area with tables, chairs, couches, and a small kitchenette (sink, microwave, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, crockpot, and cleaning supplies). Dawn Mountain Rentals also operates from this level.

  • Lower Level: Washrooms and change room.

Chalet Rental Fees

In-Season:

  • 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm: $200 + GST ($210) – Your group will have exclusive access to the Chalet.

  • 10:00 am – 6:00 pm: $100 + GST ($105) – You will share the Chalet with the general public.

  • Not-for-Profit Organizations: $75 + GST ($78.75)

Off-Season (limited staff availability):

  • Basement & bathrooms only: $25/hr + GST

  • Full Chalet (up to 4 hours): $100 + GST

  • Full Chalet (4+ hours, up to 10 pm): $200 + GST

  • Half-price for Not-for-Profit Organizations

Note: Please make an enquiry to info@goldennordicclub.ca to see whether staff is available to accommodate your group. If your event includes skiing or snowshoeing, trail passes and rental fees are extra.
