COLD WEATHER POLICY –

• If the temperature at the time of the start of the event is likely to be -15C or lower, there will be a coaches’ meeting 1 hour before the event to determine if all youth events for U14 and under will be delayed or cancelled.

• If the temperature is likely to be -18C or under at the start of events, the Race Chief and Jury will determine if a shorter course will be taken or if the event is delayed or cancelled one hour before the event. 

In all cases, course officials will be extra diligent looking for signs of cold weather injuries. 

All registrants and volunteers need to be prepared with proper clothing and hydration for cold weather.

REFUNDS - There is no refund for events cancelled due to cold weather.
