This is a Regional Nordic and Alpine Snow Camp with participants coming from Nelson, Castlegar, Trail, Cranbrook, KImberley , Invermere and Golden. It will start with a Meet and Greet at Spirit Square on Friday Jan. 18th from 8:00-9:00pm. We would like our community to join us as we welcome our Special Olympic Coaches & Athletes to Golden.
Saturday will be all day sessions at Dawn & Kicking Horse learning new skills & techniques.
Shelly Poland and Sebastian Gylander are heading to Provincial championships at Sovereign Lake in Vernon in February.

Conditions just get better and better up at the Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre with fresh snow falling overnight, perfect temperatures and amazing grooming! The snowshoe trails have been packed and are now ready for your adventure.
No equipment? no worries: ski and snowshoe rentals are available on site at Dawn Mountain Rentals: they are open daily 10-4.
